We, at Suze's Beauty, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 10-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for exchange or store credit. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 10 days from receiving date in the following conditions:
Diet Products: any or all open diet products can not be
return for Exchange or Store credit.
Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached , with no stain shipped back in their original packaging.
Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you. no return or exchange

we recommend returning these items with tracking number as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or store credit can be processed. please contact the store for reshiping fees Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
